Scientific writing and research skills

I have worked on my thesis for quite a while now. Having written hundreds of pages on annotated bibliographies, literature reviews, summary notes and in the end a thesis of my own, I am well versed in the world of research and scientific writing. I have learned how to pin point the key phrases and ideas that either back up a claim or dispute it. Interpreting scientific works takes skill and determination and a lot of time spent. This is what makes a scientist, logic, formality of arguments and most importantly--the data to back it up.
